What can we all do to increase our positive mental health footprint?

The latest news from the environmental community is that each and every one of us can make very simple changes to lowering greenhouse gas emissions and to slowing down climate change.

Taking steps to REDUCING YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT at home, work, or in your community is a commitment to action in addressing our climate change crisis. Experts continue to emphasize the fact that there are very simple things we can do immediately, today, right now, in reducing our carbon footprint.

While I fully endorse taking steps to reducing our carbon footprint, at the same time I fully endorse taking steps to increasing our positive mental health footprint.

INCREASING OUR POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH FOOTPRINT

Yes, you read it correctly. INCREASING OUR POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH FOOTPRINT.

Let’s invite FUN AT WORK, TEAM ENGAGEMENT, AND MORE HAPPY into our everyday work-life.

Let’s incorporate play time just for the sake of playing and having fun, and to release the dreaded COVID stressors that totally undermine our health and wellbeing. Be surprised how easy it will be to lose ourselves in the laughter and the positive interactions with our co-workers when we play together. And let’s not forget THE OPPORTUNITY TO RE-ENERGIZE & RE-CHARGE for the next big task at work at home.

Imagine a workspace in which people are truly connected through everyone’s POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH FOOTPRINT. Let’s take action to change our world of work…

One Positive Mental Health Footprint At A Time!!
